"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." - Maya Angelou
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and I am a Licensed Board Certified Clinical Social Worker with the New Mexico Board of Social Work Examiners. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples and families on various issues, including childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, other forms of trauma, LGBTQ issues, depression, anxiety, and grief/loss. I have had specialized training and experience in working with survivors of sexual violence and trauma. I strongly believe that we're the experts of our own lives and sometimes we just need a safe, non-judgmental person to see us, believe our experiences and remind us that we're deserving and healing is possible.
